Terms of Service

These terms cover registering with winemarkets.ai, receiving the free sample, and using the data you receive.

What the service is

winemarkets is a B2B market-intelligence platform for the wine industry, powered by Silvanos.ai. We are registry-based: everything we publish is sourced from public registries and directories, dated, and traceable. We do not guess data — what we don't have, we mark as missing rather than fill in. We offer a verified company registry and a documented market map, plus outreach and customer-acquisition services into the segment you choose.

Registration and the free sample

  • Registering is free and does not commit you to anything. No payment details are requested at registration.
  • We send exactly one confirmation e-mail. The free sample is released only after you click the link in it. If you do not confirm, we send nothing further, beyond one resend of the link on your explicit request.
  • The free sample is one fixed set of 100 records. Every registrant receives exactly the same 100 records — we do not assemble a different sample per company.

The paid package

Prices for our products are published on our package & pricing page. If you ask about the package, we also send a written description of exactly what's included — record count, fields, format and licensing terms — together with the price, before you commit to anything.

Deliverability guarantee

Once we publish a threshold (see above), the guarantee applies to Data — file per country x category and Data Access — subscription only, invoiced separately. It does not apply to Send your offer, Phone call / voicebot or Customer acquisition — those are billed by invoice under a separate written agreement, with instalments where agreed, and this guarantee does not extend to them. If a data file is supplied as part of a service package rather than invoiced on its own, this guarantee does not apply to it.

Check before you use the file. A claim is only open if you have not run an outreach campaign on the file beyond the test send you use to check it. If we refund a file, your right to use those records ends: stop using them and delete your copy.

What counts as undeliverable. An address counts toward the guarantee only if it fails at least one of: invalid e-mail syntax, no active mail server for the domain (no resolvable MX record), or a hard bounce reporting that the address itself does not exist ("no such user" / "mailbox unavailable", SMTP 5.1.1) on your own first delivery attempt, sent from a domain with valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC. A rejection caused by your own sending reputation, missing authentication, a blocklist, or content filtering (SMTP 5.7.x) does not count, and does not make the address "undeliverable".

What it does not cover: no reply from the recipient, a soft bounce (SMTP 4xx, full mailbox, greylisting, temporary failure), the recipient's own spam filter, or an address the recipient has changed since the file was compiled — none of these make a record "undeliverable" for this guarantee.

How to claim. Send us the full list of addresses you tested and your bounce logs within 14 days of the date we first made the file available to you — or, for a subscription, within 14 days of the specific export you are claiming on. We measure the deliverable share across the whole file, not only the addresses you chose to test.

Settlement. We check your claim against our own records before deciding; if our result differs from yours, ours applies. If the file's deliverable share is below the threshold published above, we refund 100% of the price invoiced separately for that file. For a subscription, we refund the current billing period only, pro-rata from the date of your claim — earlier periods already invoiced are not reopened. This guarantee may be used once per customer; after a refund, further files are sold as-is, without this guarantee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, within 14 days of us confirming the claim.

Using the data you receive

By registering, you confirm that any further use you make of the registry data — including contacting the wineries listed — is your own responsibility under the laws applicable to you, including any information obligations toward the individuals or companies concerned. Data is provided for the registering company's own use; resale or redistribution to third parties is not covered.

Registry records originate from public registries, including the National Wine Agency of Georgia, and are shown as published by the source.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the link in any message from us, or by writing to the contact address in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or pass your registration data to third parties.

Registering for the free sample and agreeing to marketing contact are two separate, optional consents, and you can withdraw each on its own. The link in a marketing message withdraws only the marketing consent — your registration and sample access are not affected. The link in a registration or sample message closes your registration entirely (which also withdraws marketing consent, if you had given it) — you would need to register again to receive a further sample. Either page tells you exactly which of the two happened, and offers a link to the other one.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you register or buy is the version that applies to you; we don't send a separate notice for each change.
